Jiho Kang is a New York-based actor and singer-songwriter who regularly chemically processes his hair into fantasy colors. In 2016, he competed in the final season of MNET's Superstar K (Superstar K 2016) in Seoul, South Korea. Shortly after his stint on reality television, he worked as an analyst for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington, D.C., writing songs and performing at D.C. nightlife venues in his spare time.

In 2018, he made his theatrical debut as LEX in the Lucille Lortel Award winning musical KPOP (Ars Nova, Ma-Yi Theatre, Woodshed Collective) at A.R.T. New York. Since then, Jiho made the shift to perform full time. He has already had the privilege of working with other amazing theatrical organizations such as Musical Theatre Factory, the National Alliance for Musical Theatre, Prospect Theatre Company, and BMI. He made appearances on High Maintenance (HBO), Orange is the New Black (Netflix), and Mike Doyle's Sell By (2019). He continues to sing, performing at venues like Capitale, Joe's Pub, 54 Below, and has most recently sang for Terence Nance's Random Acts of Flyness (HBO).

Jiho's powered by Korean barbecue, fruit smoothies, and YouTube cooking tutorials. He graduated with a degree in Applied Mathematics and also enjoys tutoring college-bound students in mathematics, standardized tests, and expository writing. Jiho is represented by his wonderful agents at Clear Talent Group NY. ​
